Workshop on NTMs

 

A member of the Local Technical Assistance team attended an "APEC Capacity-Building Workshop on Quantitative Methods for Assessing Non-tariffs Measures and Trade Facilitation" held in Bangkok during October 8-10, 2003. The workshop revolved around the quantification (measuring and modeling) and impacts of Non-Tariff Measures (NTMs) in trade and services, and trade facilitation.
